The Institute for International Women Rights Manitoba and International Women Day

International Women Day: The Institute for International Women Rights Manitoba is inviting all women in Winnipeg to come and celebrate International Women Day on March 8 at Westminster United Church 745 Westminster Ave. . , according to Winnipeg Free Press. Although women lives differ drastically depending on where they live in the world, their strength and passion is universal. Mary Scott, a Charleswood resident and co-chair of the Manitoba, says women have many roles and faces that deserve not only to be recognized but celebrated, from feeding their children and retrieving water to providing health care and teaching others.
