Court Of Appeals Dept: The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued its order Friday after the Justice Department challenged what is considered as the toughest immigration law in the nation, according to Winnipeg Free Press. A final decision on the law won't be made for months to allow time for more arguments and aTLANTA - A federal appeals court has issued a temporary ruling that allows police to detain immigrants that are suspected of being in the country illegally.
