Little Hearts Dept: So far there are six: Gary Mar, Alison Redford, Doug Griffiths, Doug Horner, Ted Morton and Rick Orman, according to Calgary Herald. They're all campaigning their little hearts out, but nobody is setting the party alight. Many PCs still yearn for the charismatic leader who can re-shape the government and the party and is that all there is? Provincial PCs are starting to ask songbird Peggy Lee's question, as they wonder if more candidates will declare for Premier Ed Stelmach's job. All are former ministers of one Tory era or another back to Don Getty's time. Griffiths is a backbench MLA who grew deeply discontented with Stelmach. As reported in the news.
