Parole Conditions: Villanueva

Extradition Dept: Lilliane Madrid Villanueva testified Monday that after Dany's imprisonment he continued to consort with street gang members, take drugs and stay out past his curfew, according to Montreal Gazette. She said Dany stole a necklace from a person who refused to repay him money. Police found a handgun in Dany's father's car, which Dany was driving at the time. Lilliane said the gun belonged to a friend of Dany who was in the car with him and dany Villanueva, who is fighting an extradition order, repeatedly broke his parole conditions after he was found guilty of theft and possession of a firearm in 2006 and again after he left prison in 2008, his mother says. She said she tried to impress on him the seriousness of the court-imposed conditions and the repercussions for violating them, but he was "too immature" to understand her. As reported in the news.
