Municipal Government: Mosquitoes

First Night Dept: I lived an N.D.G. apartment for a week when I arrived in Montreal as a new immigrant one year ago, according to Montreal Gazette. Although I had read of bedbugs before I left for Canada, the apartment looked quite neat and i am happy that the municipal government is finally taking action on bedbugs. The first night I felt an itch on my neck; I thought it might be mosquitoes. As reported in the news.
