Callback Dept: It seems to me that there are several groups being hit with this one. Immigrants are the obvious group, but there are agencies specifically for immigrant women being targeted, as well. The spin from Tracie LeBlanc at Immigration Canada is that the funding isn't being axed, their proposals for funding are being rejected.
