Kirpal Randhawa, 63, died Sunday due to complications from a fungal infection. He came to Canada last year with his wife and another daughter and an Indo-Canadian family from Delta is appealing to Canadian immigration officials to give an Indian woman travel documents so she can attend her father's funeral here this weekend.
