Caribbean Country Dept: Ronald Collins, 47, lost his bid for permanent resident status in Canada in April, but he has since married a Canadian woman and they have an infant son, according to CBC. "I'm making a new family. I have a nice baby boy and my wife that I love very much," he said Thursday and a Prince Edward Island family is fighting to stay together after the husband, an immigrant from the Caribbean country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, lost a 10-year battle to stay in Canada.
