Immigration Minister Dept: Our immigration system has come under attack by human smugglers. Human smugglers are clearly targeting Canada and are treating our country like a doormat. Ever since the MV Sun Sea with 491 Tamil migrants arrived off the West Coast this summer, the Conservative government has been working on a plan to stop human smuggling, which in turn leads to queue jumping.
