Darshan Singh: S Driver

Driving Test Dept: Darshan Singh, a recent arrival to Regina, told News that he has failed the written portion of his driving test three times, according to CBC. However, his friend Surjeet Singh aced the test when he took it in Ontario and immigrants hoping to pass Saskatchewan's driver's test say language can be a roadblock to earning a licence. Singh, who is from India, says his English is poor. As reported in the news.
