Faculty Of Social Work Dept: A PhD candidate and a master's student, with outstanding academic achievements, and who have demonstrated a commitment to mental health issues, are this year's recipients of the Hilary M. Weston Scholarship. Michelle Skop Dror of Toronto is in her first year of doctoral studies at Wilfrid LaurierUniversity's Faculty of Social Work. Michelle plans to research depression and anxiety in women who suffer from fibromyalgia, a chronic condition of the muscles, ligaments and tendons, and joints. Maaria Blackwell Moxam of Lively, Ontario, is a master's student at Laurentian University. She plans to research the needs of women with post partum depression. Each student will receive a $7,500 scholarship to continue their studies. The Ontario government created the scholarships in honour of Hilary M. Weston, the province's 26 th Lieutenant Governor, to recognize students who have demonstrated academic excellence in the field of mental health. As
