Congress Championship: Quincy and Parents Josh

congress championship: Now their youngest child, Quincy, is making a name for herself in the arenas, according to NOW Magazine. Quincy earned Congress Championship in Hunter Under Saddle, Reserve Champion in Showmanship, ninth in Hunt Seat Equitation, and fourth in High Point, meaning she earned the fourth highest amount of points throughout her division.
