The Eagles of Death Metal singer was famously on-stage with his band when terrorists burst into the Bataclan nightclub in Paris on November 13, 2015, opening fire on the crowd and killing 89 people. The terrorists were methodical, stopping to reload. Others managed to flee to the roof, washrooms, and offices inside the Bataclan, taking cover until a French tactical unit got into the club and took the terrorists down.
