The awards were handed out at the Peel Children's Safety Village on Saturday. Brampton winners are Cierra Singh Grade 8 Cierra isinvolved in the sign language club, plans antibullying assemblies and is working on a plan for a school musical. Mahnoor Moin Grade 8 Mahnoor goes to school early to help out and is part of many extracurricular activities. She spoke up when a sensitive issue arose at school, even though it may have caused her to lose her own friendships.
