natasha gordon-jones: As the Jones family receives assistance through their local MP's office, students and staff at Holy Cross Secondary School are ramping up support from the city at large, according to Hamilton Spectator. Natasha Gordon-Jones came to Canada, along with her three children, shortly after the death of her husband, Everton Jones in July 2011. Catharines family facing deportation back to Jamaica. Everton was murdered after refusing to pay extortion to a local gang. Since then, Gordon-Jones and her kids have been fighting to stay in the country they now call home.
