president: Her last day was Oct. 31, according to The Waterloo Record. The community foundation gives out grants to various projects and causes in the community. Rosemary Smith held the post for 15 years and has stepped down. For the next six months an interim president, Stephen Swatridge, will take over as the foundation board as they look for a new leader.
