Council: Ward and Wednesday Night

Pat Lorje was the only incumbent of seven running to lose in their respective ward after final unofficial results rolled in Wednesday night. Dubois, who served three terms as Ward 10 councillor before losing to Jefferies in the last election, will be rejoining council after beating six other candidates in Ward 9. Saskatoon city council and mayor-elect Charlie Clark are expected to be sworn in Monday, Oct. 31. Official results are expected to be announced Friday, Oct. 28. (www.immigrantscanada.com).
