Kitchener MT Space Theatre: Kitchener MT Space Theatre learned of the production and invited the couple to present "Ralph & Lina" at the Kitchener-Waterloo Little Theatre, May 5 to 8, according to The Waterloo Record. Serra and Watson play the lead roles. "Ralph & Lina is an acrobatic romp, a comedy inspired by Christina grandparents, how they met and fell in love," said Watson. "It a classic, universal story with lots of melodrama." Watson and Serra spend half their time in Toronto and the other half in Huntsville, where the play premièred in April 2014. The stories were both sad and funny, with enough poignancy that Serra along with her husband Dan Watson, co-artistic directors of Edge of the Woods Theatre in Huntsville, decided to write a play. Since opening, the play has toured from Whitehorse to Kingston, receiving four Dora Mavor Moore nominations including Outstanding Production, New Play, Ensemble and Female Performance. For seven years there is no word from him. It has also enjoyed several sold out shows. "Ralph & Lina" recounts the war years, when the young Italian couple fall in love and plan to marry, but then Ralph goes off to serve in the army and is captured.
