But her comments on the incarceration of immigrants to Canada is way out in left field. Without properly identifying these immigrants it is difficult to know whether they present a threat or not. The message needs to be made clear to those anyone attempting to enter Canada illegally that you will be detained in secure custody until such time as you have been properly identified.
