Trudeau is slated to attend a crucial climate-change conference in Paris at the end of the month, where world leaders will try to figure out how to slow carbon emissions in order to combat global warming. Here the new government has been reluctant to be specific, saying only that it hopes to work with the provinces to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
