Mark Murphy will be serving P.E.I. Chinese immigrant community with a newscast in Mandarin on his Ocean Heart Youtube channel. "Everybody wants to know what going on in the world, right Especially where they are that day. His hope is that as his newscast becomes more popular, more immigrants will step up to help. So that why I think it a great need to be filled here in Prince Edward Island." To start, Murphy won't be generating his own news, but will summarize the content that other local English media produce.
