Kwesi Millington and Officer

: Millington was one of four officers involved in a fatal confrontation at the airport in October 2007, when the Polish immigrant was stunned with a Taser and died, according to Toronto Star. All four officers testified at a public inquiry into the death, and were later charged with perjury over accusations that they colluded to concoct a story about what happened. Kwesi Millington had to denounce the officer actions and provide a deterrence. Each officer was tried separately, resulting in two acquittals and two convictions.
