soccer tournament: Hosted through the Catholic Centre for Immigrants since 2005, the event has been a meeting spot for new Canadians, according to CBC. It a chance for all involved to help share stories, welcome neighbours and learn about what makes Ottawa great. Community Cup is a co-ed soccer tournament that brings together long-time city residents with newcomers from over 40 countries around the world.
