truck driver: Cortes and his cab driver, Blue and White cabbie Adnan Junejo, were killed in a fiery explosion when the cab was violently rear-ended by a big-rig tractor trailer, according to Toronto Star. This morning in Mississauga court, the truck driver, Kuldip Singh, 50, of Brampton, was convicted of careless driving and failing to maintain and surrender a daily trucking log under the Highway Traffic Act. Sadly, the Mississauga man decision to call for a cab on the fateful morning of Nov. 16, 2013 to take him to work at the Shopper World Target store in Brampton was a deadly one. Singh could face a jail sentence of up to six months when he returns to court next month for sentencing.
