It an answered prayer for single moms," said Silva and A $10 million building in downtown Winnipeg called Marie Rose Place officially opened its doors Friday morning and will be an affordable housing project for refugee and immigrant women. Silver and her daughter Angel moved into the downtown building a few months ago.
