Hamilton Youth Steel Orchestra and McMaster University

McMaster University: The 19th annual Rev. John C. Holland Awards celebrated excellence and achievement of members of Hamilton black community. , according to CBC. Among the 2015 award recipients are a third-year student at McMaster University who runs the school Multicultural Committee, a 10-year member of the Hamilton Youth Steel Orchestra and a young singer-actress who is also deaf and blind. Hamilton black community is recognizing the achievements of 12 individuals and groups who have made contributions to cultural life in the city.
