Cape Breton and Isabella Yuan

Isabella Yuan: She and her husband immigrated to Canada from Taiwan in 2005, according to The Chronicle Herald. She said, thankfully, some of her husband Cape Breton co-workers were also part of the relocation and Isabella Yuan said if it wasn t for friends, the move to Cape Breton would have been an emotional roller-coaster.
