Natural Gas and HRM

HRM: Count me in for heat pump deal, according to The Chronicle Herald. This program should, in his opinion, be offered to people in the HRM who live outside the area where natural gas is available. What about people like me who do not live in the HRM? I very much doubt natural gas will be available in my area in my lifetime. Would we not be entitled to the same loan offer to have heat pumps installed? Just wondering and Interesting Readers Corner in the Sept. 29 edition.
