Sotheby International Realty Canada: The realtor says in a new report that sales of homes worth more than $1 million boomed in the first half of 2014, with all four key metropolitan areas covered -- Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal -- recording double-digit gains, according to CTV.
