Saskatchewan: The province ranked 21st among the 26 jurisdictions in the Conference Board of Canada report released Thursday, according to CTV. The province received A grades for high-school attainment and for equity in outcomes, which is measured by the difference between the math scores of immigrant and non-immigrant students and Saskatchewan has been given a D grade overall in a new education and skills report card. Saskatchewan earned a C grade for students with inadequate reading skills and two B grades for having a relatively low proportion of students with inadequate math and science skills.
