Hafedh Rhouma: A Halifax man will stand trial in October on charges of immigration fraud, according to The Chronicle Herald. Rhouma pleaded not guilty earlier this month to charges of misrepresentation and counselling misrepresentation under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and one Criminal Code charge of forgery and Hafedh Rhouma, 48, appeared in Halifax provincial court Tuesday with immigration lawyer Lee Cohen to set dates for a trial.
