Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The activists based in northern Syria say the blast was caused by a car bomb that tore through the Bab al-Salama border crossing Thursday. They reported multiple casualties, according to 660 News. The private Turkish Dogan news agency said more than 40 injured Syrians were brought across the border to the Turkish town of Kilis for treatment and Syrian opposition activists and Turkish state media say a powerful explosion has rocked a border crossing with Turkey, killing at least five people and wounding many others. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says at least five people died in the car bomb explosion, adding that the number was likely to be larger. Turkeys state-run Anadolu agency reported that the explosion caused by a car bomb killed at least 10 people.
