Dulcie McCallum: The province will soon be searching for a new Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Review Officer, according to The Chronicle Herald. There were no reasons given. They thanked me for my service, McCallum said in an interview on Saturday. Basically what he said was they wanted to make their own selection, or something to that effect and Dulcie McCallum, who has worked in that role for the past seven years, says she was informed on Jan. 17 by David Darrow, the secretary to the executive council, that she would not be reappointed.
