Anderson will be arraigned in Yarmouth provincial court Dec. 10 and UPDATED at 5:10 p.m. Ronald Francis Frank Anderson, 64, who guided the South West Shore Development Authority until the province shut it down in 2010, faces eight counts of uttering forged documents and one count of fraud over $5,000.
