For some, their dreams may take years to build. For others, those dreams may never materialize. Edward Bansah, an immigration consultant, came to Canada in November 1998 as a skilled worker. Bansah, who had a degree in statistics from the University of Ghana, had been working in the United States for nearly two years with the Council on International Educational Exchange.
