Hes about halfway up the picture, light pants, dark jacket, directly above the man at front right, according to CBC. Its a good guess that the energetic man on that rocky perch hiked up the hill. But what about that quartet in the foreground? The men look like dandies, and the women are all dolled up. Maybe they ve stepped from a carriage. The pavement is a peaceful place now.
