Dow Jones industrials: The S P/TSX composite index lost 15.83 points, its third straight loss, to 12,593.97, according to The Star. The Canadian dollar was down 0.63 of a cent to 96.67 cents U.S., giving up most of Mondays 0.85-cent jump as the greenback strengthened broadly and Canadas merchandise trade deficit with the world rose sharply during April.
