Knowledge House was a Halifax-based e-learning company during the frothy days of the Internet boom. At its peak, the Toronto Stock Exchange valued the company at $111 million. In late 2001, it went down in flames, the shares worthless and In the strange, sad saga of Knowledge House Inc., fortunes are made and lost, reputations and friendships destroyed. There are shady characters and deadly sins, but hardly a shining knight. At the least, its an expensive disaster for a small company and the gamblers who thought it would make them rich.
