Canada Border Service Agency: The Canada Border Service Agency announced Friday afternoon that Joffrey Reynolds will be deported to the U.S. after his time in jail, according to CBC. "Criminal matters do take precedence over any immigration matter," said Sean Best with the CBSA. "He still has to serve his entire criminal sentence and then, at that point, we can begin the removal process." A former Canadian Football League all-star will be deported after serving 90 days for assaulting his one-time girlfriend. He will serve the sentence on weekends and will also be on probation for two years once he has completed his sentence.
