Sex Crimes Dept: Louay Khalil was convicted four years ago of sexual assault. Since then, he's been charged with three more sex crimes charges that were stayed in the last two weeks, according to CBC. He was ordered out of the country in 2011 because he is believed to be a risk to the public and the serious nature of his offences and A Calgary man will have to wait another day to find out if he'll be deported to his native Lebanon.
