Dwayne Provo: OTTAWA Former football player, educator and Progressive Conservative election candidate Dwayne Provo has been named to a new federal board to judge employment insurance appeals, according to The Chronicle Herald. Hundreds of part-time judges across the country used to hear the appeals of people denied EI benefits. That job is now being consolidated into a few dozen positions, mostly in Ottawa and Provo will make between $91,800 and $107,900 as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal.
