Saskatoon Dept: Tie Kyaw, 40, also known as Tie Joe, died after being beaten and stabbed on the 1900 block of 22nd Street West on March 31, 2010, according to CBC. Police arrested a 21-year-old man in Edmonton on the morning of April 19. He was brought to Saskatoon where he will be appearing in court on Monday and Saskatoon police have charged two men with first degree murder in connection with a fatal attack of a Burmese immigrant three year ago. Another Burmese immigrant, Aye Mngway, 50, was stabbed in the attack. He was treated in hospital for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
