Thomas Perez Dept: WASHINGTON - Seeking to fill yet another second-term Cabinet vacancy, President Barack Obama on Monday will nominate Thomas Perez, an assistant attorney general, to be the next secretary of labour, the White House says, according to Winnipeg Free Press.
