Mavis Taillieu Dept: Tory MLA Mavis Taillieu is calling it quits, according to Winnipeg Free Press. She was first elected in 2003 and again in 2007 and 2011, having served as the MLA for the Morris constituency for almost 10 years and morris Progressive Conservative MLA Mavis Taillieu will be leaving politics.
