Egypt Dept: Violence continues in Egypt, according to The Chronicle Herald. Clashes between security forces and opponents of Egypt s Islamist government left at least 50 people dead in Cairo, Suez, Port Said and Ismailiyah. President Muhammad Morsi invited the opposition to engage in a national dialogue. The opposition called for a government of national unity.
