Bulgarian Authorities Dept: OTTAWA Immigration Minister Jason Kenney sparked fresh debate about Canada s responsibilities to its dual citizens Wednesday as he shed a little more light on the shadowy suspect in a terrorist attack in Bulgaria last summer, according to The Chronicle Herald.
