Inspectors Dept: OTTAWA There are 40 investigators in Nova Scotia responsible for recovering $19.4 million in fraudulent employment insurance claims each year, according to The Chronicle Herald. The number of inspectors was confirmed by the Canada Employment and Immigration Union Tuesday, while the government confirmed the personal quota and across Atlantic Canada there are 121 inspectors who have a target of recovering $58.7 million. Each inspector has a personal target of recovering about $485,000 per year.
