Murray Coell Dept: The all-party committee is examining the status of recommendations stemming from the high-profile Braidwood Inquiry following the death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver's airport in 2007, according to CBC. The public comment period on the recommendations has now ended, and committee chair Murray Coell says they're working on the final report and a B.C. legislative committee is preparing its final report on police stun gun use in the province. This fall, the committee heard presentations from 15 expert witnesses including Thomas Braidwood, who issued the recommendations three years ago.
