Innovation Minister Allen Roach Dept: On Friday the P.E.I. Supreme Court overturned a decision by the freedom of information and protection of privacy commissioner, ruling that the was entitled to the list of names, according to CBC. In a news release, the government said it was complying with the court ruling. Innovation Minister Allen Roach defended the immigrant partner program and the companies that were involved in it and the P.E.I. government has released the list of companies that received investment from immigrants under the Provincial Nominee Program.
