Sexual Nature: Handshake

Entertainers Dept: A city staff report recommends that innocuous touching, such as a handshake, be allowed, though any touching of a sexual nature would remain strictly forbidden, according to Montreal Gazette. Under the proposed bylaw change in Toronto, entertainers would not be allowed to touch, sit, or rest on, or make any physical contact with the covered, partially covered, or uncovered breasts, buttocks, genital, pubic, anal and perineal areas of a patron or any other person and toronto could soon become one of the few Canadian cities to ease strict no-touch rules between exotic dancers and patrons at strip clubs.
